4- expansion separator material Fiberboard -at least 10 mm thick & no more than 16 square meters
5- Concrete screed (20N/M³ - 300 OPC, 80mm AVE. Thick.) without (Ice&Fibre)
6- Angle fillet (cement sand mortar ).
7- Remove the filler board/flexible sheet -stage (4).
8- Expansion joint filter (Backing rod and Pu sealant).
9- Acrylic Topcoat final

ROOF WATERPROOFING / SAB® MINERAL (MEMBRANE) SYSTEM:
1-One coat of bituminous primed surface.
2-One layer of APP Mineral Membrane 4mm thick 180 g/m2

Supply and apply the approved quality liquid waterproofing Cementitious system for all wet areas:-
1- Supply And Apply 2 coats of Cementitious Waterproofing.

SAB® Crystal 410 concentrate and one more other supporting material.
• As preparation:
• Cleaning scope of work area properly.
• Spraying the outer side with water, the Property of this material it needs wet area to make the required strong interaction.
• Puncture the surface by making tiny holes, this will ensure perfect absorption.
• Cleaning these small holes and insures it dry; taking into consideration the whole area is still wet.

1- Polyurethane foam spray 30-35mm
2- Acrylic top coat spray (LAITE GREEN)

1mm-1.5mm Hand Applied, Rapid Curing Polyurea Waterproofing Membrane.

Supply and apply the approved quality system for pile head treatment and insulation 500 mm DIAMETER:-
1- Repair surface with cementitious grout
2- Treatment by using (Fosroc) super cast DC and super cast EP10

ROOF WATERPROOFING / SAB® PRO 111 (MEMBRANE) SYSTEM:
1-Execute slope corners (skirting) 20cm*20cm along with the barbate.
2-Execute a Cavity 1.5*1.5 cm, along with the barbate over the skirting.
3-One coat of bituminous primed surface.
4-One layer of Membrane APP 4mm thick, 180 g/m2
5-Screed Concrete, 80mm Avg. 20/N - OPC 300 kg/m3
6-Execute slope corners 20cm*20cm along with the barbate.
7-Remove the ridges, then fill them with a sponge.
8-Supply and apply 1.5x1.5 cm mastic over the sponge.

Concrete Smoothing

Supply & apply Protection Screed 50mm Thick - 250 OPC - per M²

Supply & Apply of the Liquid Silicone Waterproofing Coating per M²

One coat of cold Bituminous Primer
One layer 4mm thick SBS Membrane

Supply and apply of approved quality waterproofing system for all substructure concrete:
1 - One coats of cold Bituminous Primer
2 - Supply and apply two layers of waterproofing membrane SBS 4mm thick.

1- Liquid applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane - UV resistant (2) coat
