    SAB® 3Action is an integrated product that is characterized by its effectiveness and ease of application. It is widely used in many industrial, commercial, and residential projects to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing for aluminum, sheet metal, and factory surfaces. The system is characterized by its waterproofing, thermal insulation, and sound reduction, which helps improve the quality of life and comfort in buildings.

    The system is applied in simple and fast steps, and does not require much time and effort. The surface is first cleaned, then a layer of the system's special polyurethane is applied. The layer is evenly applied to the surface using special tools to achieve the best results. After that, the water resistance is tested to ensure the effectiveness of the system in preventing water leakage inside.

    The system guarantees for 5 years, and compliance with the warranty conditions and necessary maintenance is required to maintain the quality of the product and take full advantage of the warranty. SAB® 3Action can be used in a variety of applications, including flat, sloping, and steep surfaces. The system is also characterized by ease of maintenance.

    Conditions


    * * Remove and clean old water resistance if found.
    * The roof slab shall be inspected by an applicable roofing specialist and confirm the roof's acceptance of the application of the SAB standard roof system for thermal insulation and waterproofing.
    * Clean the surface using compressed air to make sure the substrate is free of dust and debris.
    * Width and spray apply polyurethane material conforming to PU 4045, with an average thickness of 30mm over the entire roof area.
    * Flood test on the surface.
    * Supply and application of Acrylic Roof Protective Top coat spray Finish on the entire roof.
    * A final inspection is carried out and the applicant is issued a 5-year warranty.
