ELASTOFALT-ME is a liquid waterproofing membrane that is used to protect concrete and masonry structures from water damage. It is a single component, self-adhesive, liquid waterproofing membrane that is applied directly to the surface of concrete and masonry. It is a cost-effective and easy-to-use product that is designed to provide long-term protection against water damage.

    Damp Proof Foundation Liquid Membrane

    ELASTOFALT-MEis a liquid waterproofing membrane based on a highly specialised polymer latex modified emulsion.
    ELASTOFALT-MEis highly recommended for water proofing application for the building structure including foundation, kitchen and toilet floors,facades and roof.
    ELASTOFALT-MEhas excellent adhesion to dry as well as to damp and primed surfaces of concrete, plaster, masonry, bituminous roofing felt, asphalt coatings and metal. 
    ELASTOFALT-MEis highly resistant to chlorides and sulphates commonly present in the soil. It is also highly UV resistant

    • Single component and cold applied.
    • ELASTOFALT-MEhas excellent UV resistance and long term ageing stability.
    • Cured membranes of ELASTOFALT-ME remain highly flexible even at extremes of temperatures (-20oC to 120oC). 
    • Excellent vapour barrier.
    • Environment friendly.
    • Resistant to chlorides and sulphates commonly present in the soil.
    • Compatible with cementatious tiling adhesive.
