STARFIX FA A-37 is an adhesive based on a very special type of synthetic resin, containing additives, tackifier, and fine-grade mineral filler. 
It is a water-based adhesive and is compatible with most substrates.

Surface preparation is crucial; the subfloor must be checked according to standards (like DIN 18356) and must be resistant to pressure/tension, free of cracks, dry, level, clean, and free of anti-adherents. Porosity, grip, moisture content, and temperatures should also be checked. 
Mechanical pretreatment may be needed.
Apply adhesive to the subfloor using an appropriate notched trowel, avoiding pooling or excessive thickness.
Install wood flooring during the specified open time, sliding it in and pressing down firmly. 
Avoid pushing adhesive into joints, especially with raw wood flooring.

Coverage
Approximately 3-4 m²/KG. Note that this is theoretical and can vary due to wastage and substrate nature

Ideal for bonding PVC sheet, vinyl covering and tiles, EPDM sheet, PU foam, and similar materials to concrete, metals, and wooden substrates.
Can be used on most porous & non-porous surfaces.

  • Suitable for under floor heating installations (ensure heating is off for 48 hours before and after installation).
  • Multilayer wood/parquet flooring.
  • Artificial stone veneer.
  • Applied easily by fine trowel, brush, and roller evenly on both surfaces.
