DUCOAT R 65 is an outstanding rubberized, elastomeric, ready-to-use anionic bitumen emulsion. 
It is a dark brown thixotropic liquid that forms a flexible coating upon drying. 
The elastomeric property, due to 15% rubber in the dried film, provides high flexibility and elasticity to the liquid applied waterproofing membrane. 
This helps it withstand high movements of the substrate due to changing temperatures. 
The thixotropic nature of the product makes it ideal for protective coating applications on vertical surfaces.

DUCOAT R 65 has several features and benefits:

  • It forms an excellent polymer modified, liquid applied membrane..
  • It penetrates and seals porous substrates.
  • The product is resistant to dilute chemicals, chlorides, and sulphates.
  • Under service conditions, the cured film is non-flowing and non-sagging. It is non-sagging and non-flowing at high service temperatures.
  • It is a water-based product.
  • It is not hazardous to health.
  • The product is resistant to high and low temperatures.
  • It is compatible with various metal and concrete substrates.

  • Acting as a vapor barrier for walls, floors, and roofing structures.
  • Protecting concrete foundations, basements, footings, retaining walls, and bridge abutments.
  • Serving as an excellent protective coating for a wide range of substrates, including concrete structures and cement blocks.
