• Barjeel Combo roof system: thermal insulation and waterproofing in one system, compliant with Ras Al Khaimah's Barjeel green building regulations, with a 25-year warranty.
• Spray polyurethane foam: manufactured on site into a continuous, seamless insulating layer.
• Polyurea: a tough, flexible spray-applied membrane, with a 10-year warranty.
• Wet-area waterproofing for bathrooms, kitchens and balconies, with a 5-year warranty.
• Exposed membranes: single layer (5-year warranty) or two layers (10-year warranty).
• SAB® Crystal 410 crystalline waterproofing for tanks, pools, foundations and basements.
