Lavaflex 2K is a two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing slurry. Upon curing, Lavaflex 2K produces a strong, highly flexible, and impervious film that bonds strongly to concrete, masonry, and other substrates, including aerated lightweight concrete blocks.
Lavaflex 2K is used for waterproofing wet areas, water tanks, swimming pools, and building facades. It provides a fully bonded and monolithic surface without joints. The product is chemically resistant against chloride and sulfate ions.
Lavaflex 2K is highly recommended for sealing/waterproofing applications in various areas of buildings, such as foundations, basements, wet areas (kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies), as well as roofs and building facades.
Lavaflex 2K is also suitable for application in water-retaining structures like swimming pools and water tanks. In addition to waterproofing applications in the aforementioned areas, Lavaflex 2K also provides an excellent barrier against moisture ingress to protect marble, granite, and other porous materials from staining.
