Uses
Bonding vinyl flooring materials such as PVC, vinyl asbestos tiles, and linoleum to absorbent surfaces. It can also be used as an adhesive for fixing insulation materials to metal surfaces.
Application
The surfaces should be dry, clean, and free from dust and loose materials. Uneven surfaces should be smoothed or leveled with a screed to obtain a flat and smooth surface. Spread VINYL 400 using a spatula or trowel over a working area of 2 to 3 square meters. Position the flooring material and press down firmly to ensure all air pockets are eliminated. It is advisable to use a roller once all the flooring material is in place. Special care should be taken for corners and edges. Any excess adhesive should be cleaned off with a damp cloth.
Coverage
Depending on the flooring surface, its evenness, and absorbency, coverage of 3 to 4 square meters per kilogram can be achieved.
