GRANDPRIME WB is a non-fibrated, water-based bitumen emulsion. It is dark brown in color and dries to a black flexible protective coating. The finished films are tough waterproof and forms a barrier to water and vapor transmission.

Ensure surface to be treated is sound and free from all oil, grease or conventional curing compounds. If the surface is dusty it should be primed with a coat of GRANDPRIME WB diluted with an equal quantity of clean water and allowed to dry before applying further coats of GRANDPRIME WB. 
It can be applied to damp surface, although both coating and surface must be allowed to dry to form a water proofing film.

  • General waterproofing and damp proofing of concrete surfaces, asbestos, cement.
  • Roofing felt, tiles and wood etc.
  • Protective coating for built up roofing system and exposed surfaces
  • Provides protection for structural steel work
  • Protective coating for buried structures, concrete foundations and retaining walls
