Ensure surface to be treated is sound and free from all oil, grease or conventional curing compounds. If the surface is dusty it should be primed with a coat of GRANDPRIME WB diluted with an equal quantity of clean water and allowed to dry before applying further coats of GRANDPRIME WB.
It can be applied to damp surface, although both coating and surface must be allowed to dry to form a water proofing film.
