ENERFLEX-SP 300 can be applied using a nap roller, soft brush, or airless spray gun. It can be applied in a single coat; however, if a second coat is needed, it should be applied between 6 to 24 hours after the first coat.
Drying time is significantly affected by ambient temperature and humidity (see weather conditions). To apply, use a 1/2" nap roller by dipping the roller directly into the pail and applying it to the surface. Alternatively, you can pour the product onto the flat roof surface and roll it out evenly, or spread it with a squeegee and then immediately back roll for a smooth finish (do not over-roll). An airless spray gun can also be used to achieve consistent coverage.
Textured surfaces may require additional coats to achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 32 mils. To create walkways, coarse quartz particles with rounded edges can be sprinkled on top of the freshly applied topcoat. ENERFLEX-SP 300 is 100% UV resistant and color stable.
