DUAYEN A-325 PU Top Coate 2 Component is a two component polyurethane topcoat that is formulated to provide excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. It is designed to be used as a topcoat over a variety of basecoats, including other two component polyurethane topcoats. It is easy to apply and has excellent flow and leveling properties. It is also highly resistant to abrasion and wear.

    DUAYEN A-325 is an aliphatic polyurethane resin based, high UV resistant, two component, solvent based, semi-gloss top coat floor paint. It is a two-component paint that is waterproof, resistant to chemicals, resistant to impact and friction, easy to clean, hygienic, used indoors and outdoors.

    It is used in all kinds of factories, workshops, garages, warehouses, markets, schools, shopping malls, showrums, production facilities, aircraft hangars, water treatment facilities where high color and gloss resistance is required. It is used in indoor and outdoor sports fields covered with polyurethane.

    Preliminary preparation: If the application will be made on polyurethane based coating materials or epoxy coating, it should be done within 24 hours from the curing of the underlying material. 
    For periods exceeding 24 hours, the floor should be sanded or roughened by mechanical methods.DUAYEN A-325 PU Aliphatic Topcoat Paint is packaged in two separate tin boxes. 
    First, the 'Basic Material' is mixed in itself, then all the hardener in the small box is poured into the base material and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without dragging air. 
    Mixing should be done with an electric mixer. 
    The mixed product has a usage time of 30- 45 minutes, which varies depending on humidity and temperature. 

    The application is made with a brush, roller, paint gun or airless machine. The applied surface should be protected from water until 18-24 hours. It is necessary to wait 18-24 hours between applications to be made in two layers.
