Polyurethane components are moisture sensitive. Therefore they must be stored at all times in sealed, closed containers. The substrate shall be free of oil, grease, etc. It shall
be cleaned and the substrate should be rough to get good bonding with P.U. chemical. The reaction of P.U. chemical depends on the temperature of the chemical and atmosphere temperature. Higher the temperature, faster the reaction and vice versa. In winter, if the ambient temperature very low, then the heater provided in the machine to be used, to bring the chemical temperature to the required level.
