    Awazel PU Foam


    AWAZEL PU 4045 POLYOL is designed for the production of sprayed foams for cavity filling, with an applied density of 45 kg/m³. 
    The reaction between AWAZEL PU 4045 POLYOL and AWAZEL PU 111 ISOCYANATE produces foams with excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and good adhesion to common substrates. Both high-pressure and low-pressure machines can be used during processing. 
    AWAZEL PU 4045 Polyol contains 141b as a blowing agent. Fire rating (DIN 4102-1) is B3.

    Surface Preparation:
    Surfaces must be clean and free from water, oil, grease, debris, curing compounds, and other harmful chemicals. All details, such as drains, expansion joints, and penetrations, should be constructed according to the required standards. The surface must be thoroughly brushed to ensure it is free from dust and any adhering substances.

    Application of Product:
    Upon completion of the cleaning process, spray application will commence. A combination of Polyol and MDI will be sprayed onto the roof slab, including upstands, using specialized equipment. The spray-applied foam, in its liquid state, impacts the slab at high pressure, penetrating every crack and pinhole present. Within minutes, it expands to 30 times its original volume and solidifies, effectively sealing the entire substrate. This foam creates an impermeable waterproofing and insulation layer with high thermal resistance, closing all pores and cracks in the roof slab.
