HDPE Soprema


SOPRALINER® is a HDPE geomembrane sheet. It comprises three layers of co-extruded Polyethylene primary resin, Carbon Black, Antioxidants, UV absorbers, and stabilizers, manufactured in accordance with US GRL standards. 
It is impermeable to vapor and water and has excellent molecular weight distribution, thus exhibiting outstanding physical and mechanical durability and SCR ( Stress Cracking Resistance). 
SOPRALINER® is resistant to most forms of waste in landfill applications and is suitable for various environmental protection and municipal applications.

SOPRALINER® is used in various applications as follows:

  • Environmental sanitation (landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plant conditioning pools, industrial, hospital solid waste).
  • Water Conservancy (seepage prevention, plugging, and reinforcement of rivers & lakes, reservoir dams, canals, vertical heart walls, slope protection).
  • Municipal engineering (subway, underground construction of buildings, roof planting, seepage preventation of roof gardens, lining of sewage pipelines).
  • Gardens & Agriculture (artificial lakes, rivers, reservoirs, golf course pond liners, green lawn waterproofing moisture, impervious irrigation systems).
  • Transportation facilities (basic reinforcement of highways, seepage prevenatation of culverts).
  • Petrochemical & Mining (Washing ponds, heap leaching tanks, dumping ash yards, sedimentation tanks, impervious oil tanks, oil refineries, gas stations, chemical reaction tanks
