- SURFACE PREPARATION
To ensure good adhesion, oil, grease, paraffin waste, cement grout, loose particles, mold release agents, and cured old membranes should be removed from the surface before application.
The surface must be thoroughly dried after washing with high-pressure water and should be free from dampness.
Any surface defects and cracks should be repaired using suitable products.
- PRIMING
For absorbent surfaces such as concrete, cement, or screed, PU PRIMER 200 or EPOXY PRIMER should be used. On damp surfaces, AQUA PU PRIMER 2K or EPOXY PRIMER WB is preferred.
For non-absorbent surfaces like metal, ceramic, or old coatings, TILE PRIMER should be applied.

- APPLICATION
Before use, open the package and mix with a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes.
For spray application, add CLEVER 001 at a maximum rate of 5%-7%.
Apply the product on the previously primed surface using a roller, squeegee, or brush until the entire surface is covered, with a minimum of two layers.
The second coat should be applied within 6 to 24 hours after the first coat.
If the second layer cannot be applied within the specified time, consult US for guidance.
To expedite drying in cold weather, consider using ACC CATALYST. Contact our technical department for information on thinning processes.
