Asmaco Asmacryl 52 is a one-component, silicone-based, high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-vacuum sealant. It is designed for use in sealing and gasketing applications in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Asmacryl 52 is formulated with a blend of silicones and other additives to provide excellent resistance to high temperatures, high pressure, and high vacuum. It is also resistant to ozone, weathering, and UV radiation.

    is a single component gun grade sealant formulated by using acrylic emulsions and special. 
     Hence, the product is easy to apply and eciently seals joints between construction parts subjected to moderate stress. 
    It is a ready to use and seals internal and external joints in porous substrate such as concrete, plastics, asbestos, cement, brick work and wood. 
     Asmacryl 52 can be used for sealing all low movement joints.

    • Cures at room temperature at ambient humidity conditions. 
    • No surface pre-treatment or primer required in most of the surfaces. 
    • Water based low VOC sealant.

    is supplied as a ready to use product. e product can be used with normal caulking guns. Surface should be clean, dry and free from oil grease or any other contamination. 
     e sealant should be carefully applied using a mastic gun, ensuring that the material is forced well into the gap to obtain the correct joint and achieve good adhesion between surfaces. 
     Necessary tooling to be done within 5 minutes. 
    Do not apply sealant if it is raining or about to rain. 
    Aer applying, protect from rain at least for 8 hours. 
    e non-sag paste consistency of the material makes it very friendly to use, easy to tool with spatula. 
    e product cures at room temperature when it is exposed to moisture and the curing happens from surface to inside the sealant.
